Chitra Bharati National Short Film Festival-2022 will be launched tomorrow!
A symposium on ‘Indian Cinema, Internet, OTT – the direction of the future’ will be also part of the launch event.
The prestigious ‘Chitra Bharati National Short Film Festival-2022 (CBFF-2022)’ of Bhartiya Chitra Sadhna is being organized in Bhopal from February 18 to 20, 2022. In this context, an app related to the film festival will be launched at Bharat Bhavan on Sunday, December 19 at 11:30 am.
Along with this, a symposium is also being organized on the topic ‘Indian Cinema, Internet, OTT – Future Direction’.
Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang and Principal Secretary, Culture, Tourism & Public Relations Shivshekhar Shukla will be the chief guest with keynote speaker Prakhar Srivastava, senior journalist and special guest film actor Pawan Malhotra. The program will be presided over by the chairman of the organizing committee, Dilip Suryavanshi.

Vice-president of the organizing committee Lajpat Ahuja, told that this is the fourth edition of the National Short Film Festival of Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna. Eminent filmmakers and artists from all over the country will gather in the three-day film festival to be organized in Bhopal, which will guide the new generation in the field of film making. Films in various categories will also be awarded on this occasion. There has been enthusiasm among filmmakers regarding the film festival. There have been a large number of entries in both the categories of campus and independent filmmakers. He said that Bhartiya Chitra Sadhna is a dedicated organization working for Indian thought in the film field. This organization organizes ‘Chitra Bharati Film Festival’ at the national level every two years. Apart from this, various types of activities throughout the year and local level film reviews, film screenings, discussions, training and organization of short film festivals are done by the organization.
Film production environment will be created in Madhya Pradesh.
Organizing Committee Secretary Amitabh Soni told that with the organization of Chitra Bharati, an environment of film production will be created in Bhopal and entire Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh is one of the best cities for film production.

In this context, a symposium has been organized on the topic ‘Indian Cinema, Internet, OTT – Future Direction’ in the indoor auditorium of Bharat Bhavan on Sunday. He told that famous faces of Indian cinema are coming to Bhopal to attend the film festival to be held on February 18-20.
